Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through dpuniforme.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It follows the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act ("ZZPL") and the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
Last updated: 18 September 2026
1. Who the data controller is
The data controller is DRAPTEC d.o.o. Beograd, a company trading under the DP Uniforme brand.
Address: Vojvode Stepe 291, 11000 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
Company registration number: 17169637. Tax ID (PIB): 102595892.
Email for any data-related question: info@dpuniforme.com. Phone: +381 63 231 221.
We are not required to appoint a data protection officer, so requests are handled by the contact person listed above.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide through the contact form or an inquiry: full name, company name, email address, phone number, industry, approximate quantity, preferred deadline, whether you would like an in-person consultation, and the content of your message.
Data you provide when contacting us directly: the content of correspondence by email, phone, WhatsApp or Viber.
Technical data the hosting server records automatically on every visit: IP address, date and time of the request, the requested address, browser and operating system type. These logs exist for security reasons and are not linked to your identity.
Data from cookies and similar technologies – see section 5.
We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, religious or political beliefs and similar) and we ask you not to send such data through the contact form.
3. Why we process data and on what legal basis
To answer your inquiry and prepare a quote – the legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request (Art. 12(1)(2) ZZPL / Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To conduct business communication and keep records of our cooperation – the legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the business (Art. 12(1)(6) ZZPL / Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To measure traffic and run advertising on Meta platforms – the legal basis is solely your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time (Art. 12(1)(1) ZZPL / Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To meet legal obligations, primarily tax and accounting ones once a business relationship exists (Art. 12(1)(3) ZZPL / Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or for profiling with legal effects on you.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers performing technical work for us may access data as processors, strictly to the extent needed for that service: our website and email hosting provider, our accounting agency and, if you consent, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for advertising purposes.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and displays a map through an embedded Google Maps frame. Google receives your IP address with those requests. The controller for that processing is Google Ireland Limited.
We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.
5. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
A cookie is a small text record a site stores in your browser. This site uses no cookies necessary for basic operation – without your consent, the only thing we store is a record of your own choice (dp-consent), so we do not ask you again on every visit. It stays in your browser’s local storage and is never sent to anyone.
Marketing cookies load only after you select "Accept" in the banner. This is the Meta Pixel, a tool by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited that records site visits and allows us to measure ad performance and show ads to a relevant audience on Facebook and Instagram. In that case Meta sets its own cookies (_fbp) and receives visit data including your IP address and the page address.
If you select "Decline", the Meta Pixel is not loaded and no request goes to Meta. The site keeps working in full.
You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You can also delete and block cookies through your browser settings.
6. How long we keep data
Inquiries that do not lead to cooperation are kept for at most two years from the last communication, so we can pick up the conversation if you contact us again.
Client data from active business relationships is kept for the duration of the cooperation and ten years afterwards, as accounting and tax rules require.
Server logs are kept for at most twelve months.
Data collected on the basis of consent is deleted as soon as consent is withdrawn.
7. Transfers outside Serbia
Meta and Google are established in Ireland and may transfer data to the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework as appropriate safeguards under Art. 65 ZZPL.
If you do not consent to marketing cookies, your data is not transferred this way.
8. Your rights
Regarding your personal data you have the right to: access and a copy; rectification of inaccurate and completion of incomplete data; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; objection to processing based on legitimate interest; and withdrawal of consent at any time.
Send your request to info@dpuniforme.com. We respond within 30 days at the latest. To protect your data we may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, office@poverenik.rs, www.poverenik.rs.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to email and inquiry records is limited to employees who need it for their work.
No transmission over the internet is entirely secure, so please do not send confidential data such as card numbers or passwords through the contact form.
10. Minors
The site is intended for business communication and is not directed at people under 15. We do not knowingly collect data about minors. If we learn we have received such data without parental consent, we delete it without delay.
11. Changes to this policy
We may amend this policy when our processes or the applicable rules change. The current version is always published on this page, with the last-updated date at the top.
For material changes affecting consent-based processing we will notify you through the cookie banner and ask for consent again.
12. Contact
For any question about this policy or about the processing of your data, write to info@dpuniforme.com or call +381 63 231 221.
